[SWANboard] Resignation

SWAN Board, Attached you will find my letter of resignation. I did not want to spring this on any of you (tried to reach you on the phone) and I wanted to be present at the special meeting for this but am unable to because I will still be at ALA. I felt it was necessary to give before the special board meeting because the board will be starting to make decisions at that meeting. The letter explains my reasons for resigning. I am not going anywhere and you will still have a huge supporter and ambassador. I will be at the next Committee of the Whole meeting.
