[SWANboard] Bylaw Review for 3-17-17

Hi All, At our February board meeting, I asked the board to review the SWAN bylaws and come to the March 17th meeting with a list of what bylaws they think should be reviewed and perhaps revised. We will review the list at the March board meeting and then decide who will conduct the review. I want to take our time with this to do a thorough job. I am going to mention this at the March Quarterly meeting and will be asking the membership if YOU feel it is appropriate, to review the bylaws and make suggestions to me as well. If you feel this is inappropriate, please write me back (not all) and let me know, otherwise I will take email silence as a "GO!" Thanks for your help and here's to a good weekend. Rich Richard A.
