[SWANboard] Preview of SWAN FY18 Budget with New 19

SWAN Board, I wanted to provide you all a quick preview of the SWAN FY18 budget as I am finalizing the Quarterly agenda and budget presentation. Rather than insert all of the RAILS grant and migration expenses within the FY18 budget already presented, I thought it would be better to separate it. I included notes on the budget to explain the migration portion. I think you will see some good news on the revenue side of things. Sharon recommended that the Impact Fee $95,000 revenue be included on that new line #4050. If you have questions, comments, suggestions, please shoot me an email.
