[SWANboard] SWAN board meeting 7/19/24 agenda & packet now posted

Hello SWAN Board members- The agenda and packet for this week's meeting is now posted. The meeting will be held at SWAN headquarters at 800 Quail Ridge Drive, Westmont, IL 60559. https://support.swanlibraries.net/meeting/94470 User Experience Manager Tara Wood will present her research into online patron registration options at the meeting, and you can read over her report in the packet. I suggest we have Tara present at the September 5th Quarterly meeting, and I have included that topic on the draft agenda. The search for a financial auditor is complete, and we recommend signing a two-year agreement with Lauterbach & Amen. They were the lowest cost proposal in addition to being great to work with.
