Hello all,
Thanks Aaron. I really like the idea of sharing the savings libraries have experienced!
I found a few types but also have suggestions re adding some information and removing some
information.
Suggested changes are marked on pages 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, and on the Reserve Cash Worksheet.

Subject: [SWANboard] SWAN FY18 Budget Packet for COW Meeting 2/7
SWAN Board,
I have completed the budget using the feedback provided at the January SWAN Board meeting,
including:
* Various suggested edits to the budget narrative, including some background in
staffing
* Personnel lines only including the two new positions
* Adjusted the health insurance expenses based on recently completed payroll and
two new positions
* Updated capital expenditures worksheet
The SWAN fees section was not included in the SWAN Board packet last month. I have
included it for this packet. I intend to post this packet tomorrow, 2/1 and share the
meeting agenda and packet via SWANcom.
I apologize if this feels a bit last minute and you wanted to review it longer. If you can
provide me any feedback before noon tomorrow I can work it into the final version for the
COW.
