[SWANboard] Election update - self-nominations

SWAN Board Reps- We have only 1 self-nomination received thus far. Our deadline is Friday, April 30th, with a plan to have the e-ballot go out May 10th. So we have a little window of time if next week is needed to get a second self-nomination. The reminder went out today in the SWAN newsletter.
