Apologies for missing the October meeting due to illness. I am back working this week, and one question that I was going to ask at the meeting last week was about the fiscal year 2025 audit underway.
The auditor asked me to check with you if the SWAN Board would like to have them present the audit at the December 19th meeting. To help answer this question, I have created a quick poll for you.

The meeting will be held at Tinley Park Public Library in the boardroom on the second floor. This meeting will include a presentation by Tara Wood and Olivia Montolin about the Palace Project.
We have also included a discussion on delayed membership fee payments, which I have described in my Executive Director report. The document in the packet is a procedure SWAN established if payments of membership dues is delayed, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of those steps.
I will be at the ILA conference Tuesday and Wednesday this week, so I hope to see some of you there!
