The packet is 61 pages long, and we have a discussion item on the agenda about our next budgeting process. I have included a draft analysis of a potential cost saving service to replace our OCLC subscription.

SWAN Board,
I just received word that the Calumet City Public Library was suddenly closed today, apparently by its city management.
I don't think we need to do anything as an emergency step within SWAN, but I would like to see if we can find out what happened.
I emailed directors just a short time ago from these libraries.

6. Midlothian
7. South Holland
I am just looking for information at this stage. I offered to host a meeting if people wanted to figure out a short-term strategy for that library service area.
