[SWANboard] Membership Vote on Joining Fee Resolution Passed

SWAN Board, The threshold of 65 in favor votes was reached today, with 9 against, and 22 non-votes. The SWAN Board can take action to ratify the vote tomorrow and it is on the agenda. This will set the stage for membership vote on Monday to accept the Green Hills Public Library District for full membership. This approval took two weeks with several reminders, and a few direct appeals today with some of the directors today who had not voted.
