SWAN Board, Just an FYI. RAILS received a FOIA request for emails pertaining to Orland Park Public Library. RAILS is reviewing the emails with its legal counsel, and some of the emails which pertain to SWAN and Orland patron business transactions (patrons that owe money, etc.), Internet Access, migration, etc. were removed from the initial group of emails. Keep in mind that we share a single email system, so I am wondering if SWAN and RAILS continuing this arrangement so will need to undergo some attorney review and recommendation.
