I just wanted to follow up with Colleen’s issues connecting to the Zoom meeting yesterday. There are diagnostics in the Zoom account that I can review post-event. There were around 58 people streaming the meeting (give or take a few that left and connected again later). I do see Colleen’s PC was trying to reach the meeting around 4 times. There are a lot of Zoom metrics stored in the post-event I can download if we hear about a more widespread problem. I can always test the Zoom with each of you if you would like to troubleshoot during a time that allows it in the days before any scheduled membership events.
