SWAN Board:
Here is what I know thus far about Robbins/William Leonard PL: on Friday morning, Mary Witt passed on to the RAILS Leadership Team that she heard from another library that William Leonard PL might close for July and August. SWAN had no notification to set the Millennium ILS for such an event. Kate Boyle looked over the statistics for the library so to let RAILS know about how to handle delivery if the CTS courier cannot enter the building. Here is what she found:
Just looked at some quick statistics, in the month of May William Leonard's total checkouts was 31, with only 12 of those items being their own materials, the remaining 19 were Interlibrary Loan materials. During the same period they did not supply any ILL materials to other SWAN libraries.
Looks like delivery of a few ILL items might need to be sorted out, but certainly not a major concern.
