SWAN Member Libraries: In order to improve the customer experience when placing volume level holds, SWAN has standardized the volume level information. This document is intended to provide best practices for a variety of materials. The best practices developed during the migration process continue and we have included additional examples for improved consistency. Please use these standards effective immediately.
