Hi everyone, We have created a new generic user for you that should be used for damaged RB and ILL materials called RB_ILL_DAMAGED. This is one generic user that will be shared across SWAN. When you receive a damaged item that belongs to another library, either via delivery or directly from the patron, please follow the new procedure attached to this email.
