SWAN Member Library Staff: This morning, we experienced a short, several-minute spike in the Symphony Production server load average that caused many clients to disconnect from WorkFlows. The runaway process has since been corrected, and the system is now operating as expected. We apologize for the inconvenience and do not anticipate additional spikes for the remainder of the day.
