[SWANcom] Reminder: BLUEcloud Analytics URL Change

This is a reminder that the URL to access BLUEcloud Analytics has been changed due to a server migration. The new URL is https://swan-bca.bc.sirsidynix.net/bcanalytics/asp/Main.aspx The legacy URL will no longer function starting tomorrow, May 21st. While usernames and passwords were transferred, we have had a couple of libraries report difficulty logging in, requiring a password change. Please take a moment to ensure you can access BLUEcloud Analytics via the new URL. If you experience difficulty, open a ticket and we will assist you. Thank you!
