SWAN Library Directors/Administrators, The voting in favor of the SWAN Joining Fee recommendation crossed the 2/3 threshold late afternoon on Thursday. The vote was 66 in favor, 9 against. The SWAN Board meeting agenda on Friday had an action item to ratify the membership vote. The Board approved the resolution. We have closed the voting.
