Regarding BLUEcloud Analytics: When you log into BLUEcloud Analytics, you will first see two folders: [cid:image001.jpg@01D2578A.9A0B4960] Please choose the BCA SWANLIBS folder. This is the folder that contains all of the canned SWAN Reports in addition to the reports delivered by SirsiDynix. The other folder was created by SirsiDynix in anticipation of the new BLUEcloud Analytics release, but it is not yet functional.
