[SWANcom] UPDATE: Hoopla Flex Launch

Dear Member Libraries, Launching Hoopla Flex for those subscribing libraries required a full reindex for each library in order to bring in the Flex entitlements. This is taking longer than originally expected. Indexing and full collections are expected to be in the library catalog by the end of this week. Please reach out if you have additional questions.
