[SWANcom] Villa Park Collection Availability During Renovation

Villa Park Public Library will begin limiting the availability of their collection starting on Monday, August 12 while they undergo renovations. The library will remain open, but most of their material will be inaccessible and non-holdable. This practice is expected to continue through early October.
