Hello SWAN Board, The packet for Friday's meeting is posted. Couple things: * I tried to confirm with Anne Slaughter at RAILS the precise deadline for the approval of the LLSAP agreement. The document only says "January," so I emailed her to just confirm this meant we had until January 31st. Her reply was... vague, only "Are there still unresolved questions on the grant?" I shared my reply with Ted. So if you would like to table the approval until January, I at least wanted to make sure you had that option. * One thing on my mind is if there should be a separate COW meeting in January about the EBSCO year-2 renewal. * I failed again to get the closed sessions completed. It was a very busy 4 weeks with the SWAN100 go-live, preparing for the group-purchase renewal, and the FY22 budget. I promise this will get done! Let me know if you have any questions.
