The agenda is fairly light for this meeting, with the Vendor Access Policy needing a minor revision, and a more extensive revision needed for the Reserve Cash Policy. The discussion on the Reserve Cash Policy may require some work with the SWAN Treasurer or the Finance Committee. I decided it was best to let the officers and committees be filled before scheduling anything. I realize now that I did not explain the Vendor Policy revision in my written report, but the changes are small enough that I can explain it at the meeting (basically we are streamlining our vendor agreements, incorporating a non-disclosure wording into the policy). Robin Wagner is unable to attend Friday's meeting as she is managing planned knee replacement. Please reply directly to me if you are unable to attend Friday.
