SWAN Board, As I shared on Monday, the RAILS support for FY16 - FY18 for SWAN is attached. The staggeringly good news is how much higher this amount is than what I had budgeted for prior. The draft budget from the January COW had RAILS support to SWAN at $220,500. This worksheet shows support will be $349,143! What this results in is a further drop in SWAN fees for all libraries from -4% to -13%! I have attached the SWAN Fee schedule for the March Quarterly for you in addition.
