SWAN Board 02/15/19 Regular Meeting Agenda and Packet Posted

This packet is 66 pages long, and it has a recommendation on the SWAN Internet Access membership, the FY20 budget, and an update to the SWAN Circulation Policy. I have a draft of the March 7th Quarterly meeting agenda. One thing I neglected to include my written report was the reason for increasing the credit card limit. I believe I mentioned this at a prior meeting, but we are reaching the $10,000 limit each month more frequently. The Microsoft Azure monthly charges for "renting" server space is paid on the credit card, which has contributed to us reaching this limit.
