Hi SWAN Board, Here is the current orientation guide that we have for new board members. The "checklist" is attached to the email - this is the agenda of topics to cover during a formal orientation. We can also provide a binder of SWAN documents, or if the new board member prefers a virtual experience, the link below has an 'Orientation Documents' section at the bottom: https://support.swanlibraries.net/content/swan-board-committees The tour and introductions component could either be done at the beginning of a board meeting, or if the new member(s) can come a little early we can do it before. We are also happy to meet with them on a separate occasion.
