Hi All, I received a resignation letter yesterday from Pierre Gregoire. His resignation takes effective August 1, 2015. His letter of resignation will be included in the June board packet. According to the bylaws, since there is less than one year left on Pierre's term, the board will have to appoint someone to fill the vacancy instead of holding a special election. That person will then have to run in 2016 for a full term if they want to continue being a board member. See you next week. Rich Richard A.
