SWAN Board, I received a few phone calls from board members about the Exhibit C9 document, *SWAN Five Year Reserves Plan*. I took it upon myself to fix the confusing parts of the document and brought in the current FY15 reserves plan. So please review the attached *6 Year Reserves Plan*, and toss out the C9 page in the packet. Also, Sheila has the flu and will not be able to attend the meeting. Jim is also unable to attend.
