Hi All and Thank you Aaron. Aaron and I have been working together for the past week synthesizing a number of questions that were raised by the membership regarding the LINC/Magic process. The packet will consist of those questions and answers to them. I am also working on an opening statement that I would like to run past all of you for the COW meeting. I know this is a given, but all of us are in this boat together and the COW meeting does not have to be the Rich/Aaron and Jamie show. So I encourage you to speak freely at our meeting Monday afternoon. This isn't personal, it's a business decisions -- all of us are trying to do our best and that is all that anyone can ask of us!
