SWAN Board, I checked in with Ted and based on recent director questions regarding the proposed bylaws (which Robin answered nicely) I have created two online advisory votes that are ready to go out if the bylaw changes are passed. These online votes are for the EBSCO group-purchase and the FY21 budget & fees. They will close at Monday 5 p.m. of the board meeting week. This way you will have this input for the meeting packet.
