SWAN Member Library Staff: It's a busy week here at SWAN! Tonight between 9pm-10pm, we plan on migrating our Symphony Web Services to the latest version, with hopes that this will resolve ongoing E-Commerce issues and improve other various functions within Enterprise. While an hour of downtime is scheduled, we're hoping the actual downtime will be less than 10 minutes. Tonight's downtime will affect the following services... - Enterprise My Account functions - Enterprise library item availability - Enterprise payments - BookMyne - MobileCirc During the downtime, Enterprise will remain online and items will be searchable. Additionally, Symphony WorkFlows will be unaffected by this downtime. A banner will be displayed on the Enterprise homepages to alert patrons of the outage.
