All Elmhurst (EHS) items have been suppressed in the SWAN catalog. SWAN libraries can now begin to circulate to Elmhurst patrons as Non-SWAN reciprocal borrowers. SWAN has made global changes to the EHS patron records to assist you in updating them. All patron records have been expired with a date of 9/3/13 Ptype has been changed to 217 -Non-SWAN Reciprocal Borrower Pcode3 has been set as Elmhurst PL Pcode4 has been set as "undefined" To complete the updating of the EHS patron records: Please call the Elmhurst PL at 630-279-8696 to verify the patron's status. Ask them for the patron's expiration date. If patron is good- update the SWAN patron record with the new expiration date. Ask patron for an email address to complete the record. Then please remove the message about the now completed procedure from the patron's record. As to EHS items - check in all EHS items --- DO NOT fill any holds, route all EHS materials back to EHS.
