SWAN Member Library Staff: We have been experiencing a large volume of tickets related to user records and searching. Specifically, users records are retrievable by user ID but not by name. User records have also appeared duplicated for a period of time after having been created/edited. SWAN IT is running a rebuild of the user database, which will be completed overnight.
