SWAN Member Libraries: I am happy to announce the SWAN membership approval for two new libraries for the SWAN consortium. Last week SWAN directors approved the libraries to join. Lansing and Franklin Park libraries currently use SirsiDynix as the ILS vendor, and both have been visited by many SWAN library staff over the last several months as part of individual library research in preparation for the consortium software migration to Symphony (and related solutions). We expect each library to migrate and begin circulation in SWAN sometime in mid-2016, prior to summer.
