The remainder of our week will be spent reconciling installation issues or missed installations, followed by the server cutover next Wednesday morning (January 29th). If your library has encountered issues and has been unable to complete the installation, please contact our helpdesk as soon as possible so that we can assist to resolve the issue. Otherwise, please ensure that your library has submitted the completion report, as this is how we will determine if your VPN connection can be restored following the upgrade next Wednesday.
