I have posted on the SWAN Support site an update on the EBSCO year-4 renewal pricing. The price for the 84 participating libraries after RAILS completed its negotiation with EBSCO and clarified our final total has a lower price than had been listed in February. We have added some detail on how the purchase formula is created step-by-step.
