SWAN Libraries: The upgrade to Millennium Release 2011 made some unexpected changes to how printing is managed. It took some time to review precisely which printing functions were affected. 1. SWAN will bring the VPN network back online at 1:30pm - 1:40pm depending on your library. 3. If you have questions during your reconfiguration of the printers please call the SWAN Member Services at 630-734-5153, or phone our staff at any of their direct phone numbers. 4. Transfer your Offline Circulation starting after 2pm 5. Express Lane should remain out of service. 6. Report Server: attempt use and be aware of it might have some problems printing. if you run into any issues, please contact SWAN immediately.
