SWAN Symphony - Planned Outage on Sunday, Jan 24 at 7:30PM
SWAN Member Libraries & Information Technology Staff: On Sunday evening at 7:30pm, the Symphony Production Server will be taken offline for routine system maintenance. We expect this maintenance should last no longer than 1 hour. This planned outage will not impact the Enterprise Catalog, however, WebServices features and other WorkFlows functions will be unavailable for the duration of the update. The following services will be impacted by this outage: * All WorkFlows/Symphony functions * Enterprise OPAC Hold and My Account functions * Enterprise OPAC Item Availability * Enterprise OPAC Ecommerce * BookMyne * MobileCirc Member libraries will be notified prior to the outage and again when the system updates have finished.
