SWAN Member Library Staff, I wanted to make sure everyone is aware of the focus groups we have arranged for library staff to provide input on SWAN's software platform-WorkFlows, Enterprise, Analytics, etc. - and the areas of using this software where you might be frustrated (or satisfied). We have a task force of your peers assembled to help us and the focus group is the best way you can help this Clarity Task Force and have your voice heard. These focus groups are limited to 10 attendees each. We ask that you register in advance for these 90 minute meetings. The first two are next week.
