This meeting will include a vote to revise SWAN ByLaws. The revised version is included in the packet along with a memo outlining the requested changes. The EBSCO group-purchase that was introduced at the Committee of the Whole meeting a few weeks ago is now finalized for pricing. And of course there will be a review of next year's SWAN budget and fees which we will seek your feedback on. The meeting will be live-streamed, but we encourage as many directors/administrators to attend in person. The remote attendance is noted at the bottom of the agenda.
