Good morning member libraries, SWAN will be working with SirsiDynix to perform an upgrade of the current Symphony Web Services platform. We'll be moving to version 2018.03, which resolves a bug with the 'Forgot My PIN' feature. We've scheduled the upgrade with SirsiDynix for Tuesday April 3rd, to start between 9:00am and 9:30am. This upgrade will require downtime of Web Services for about 20 minutes.
