Hi SWAN Libraries,
Just a recap and reminder on a few items as we are in a transition period from yesterday’s go-live.
- BLUEcloud Analytics (BCA) harvests were paused and now have resumed. The data is processing. It may take an extra day to accurately reflect data transactions. We expect BCA to reflect
accurate data by Friday, May 4. *This means New 19 libraries will unlikely see their library data until Friday.*
- Issues pertaining to data migration for our 19 libraries are being logged here:

- Two holds processing reports for the entire consortium are paused as we wait until Thursday. This allows us to fix a number of holds issues related to the 19 libraries. *We will
send specific instructions via SWANcom to the New 19 soon.*

- SWAN’s priority at the moment is to ensure holds, items, and patron notification will be correct. We ask that everyone be patient with their “back of the house” operations for cataloging,
acquisitions—these are being impacted by some of the maintenance we have prioritized on our Symphony system.
