As all SWAN staff will be overseeing our annual SWANstravaganza event tomorrow (Friday, 8/11), please be aware that our response to direct calls and emails will be limited. Throughout the day, Unique Integrated Communications will respond to any calls to 844-SWANLIB (ext 0) and create tickets as requested, although we do recommend emailing help@swanlibraries.net for any non-urgent matters. We’ll also be monitoring our systems and responding to emergency issues, such as system-wide outages, should any arise.
