Everyone –

 

In talking to member library staff recently we have identified two issues that may impact staff user experience with Mentor.

They are both related to the browser :

·       pop-up blocker

·       compatibility settings   

 

As to your choice of browser, according to SirsiDynix the preferred browser is Internet Explorer. However, a number of our  libraries have reported success using Firefox.  

 

Lauren has created a short YouTube tutorial on updating your compatibility settings in Explorer along with how to turn off your pop-up blocker.
