SWAN Member Library Staff:

To clarify – the reindexing process will begin after 11PM this evening. We anticipate the indexing process to take much of the day Thursday. This reindexing will resolve the headings keys errors that have been popping up lately.

You may continue to work normally through the rest of the day (Wednesday, 11/22).

Good afternoon:

We will be rebuilding our indexes over Thanksgiving Day. Please refrain from accessing Workflows at this time. We anticipate that this will have little to no impact on service since it is occurring over the holiday. We will send an all clear message when you can resume normal work functions.
