In an effort to clear up confusion, SWAN has updated the Unusable/Damaged procedure as well as changed the user names for the accounts. 

What used to be RB_ILL_DAMAGED is now UNUSABLE_RB_ILL

What used to be RB_ILL_LOSS is now LOSS_RB_ILL
