The pricing for the SWAN group-purchase of EBSCO subscription database package was presented at the Committee of the Whole membership meeting last week on February 7th. That pricing is included in the meeting packet, and I have pulled out that pricing which is linked directly to the news post below which has all the details.

Any public library participating currently will automatically be included in the year-4 renewal. If you would like your library to withdraw from the group purchase arrangement, please submit your library’s opt-out by February 24th, end of the day. The link to withdraw is in the news post above.
