We have received a few inquiries into the annual process of purging expired and inactive patron records. As many know, this process is generally scheduled each January.
During restricted service due to the pandemic, we will be postponing this timeline until libraries are fully open. This is to minimize any potential disruption for patrons that may occur.
While we will be postponing the removal of expired accounts, we will provide some housekeeping reports and guidelines for preparing in the new year.
