While evaluating the item detail display in Enterprise, the DUX group discovered an issue with the “Text This To Me” button functionality. After opening a case, SirsiDynix has alerted us to a known issue that is causing text messages to not be sent when more than one library has a copy of the item. There is no completion date or Enterprise version attached to this known issue, so we will be disabling the “Text This To Me” button until further notice. If you have any questions about what is causing the issue, please let us know by opening a help desk ticket.
