SWAN, in addition to RAILS Burr Ridge, experienced about a seven minute network outage from 10:47 - 10:54 this morning. We are now back online, so library staff should reconnect to Symphony.
This issue appears to be relating to some instability with our network service provider. RAILS and SWAN IT staff are currently investigating with the provider to uncover the source of this instability.
