SWAN Member Library Staff:

This morning around 11:15AM, we experienced an outage of the SWAN VPN network. During this outage, WorkFlows was not accessible.

As of 11:30AM, we have resolved the issue and all VPN tunnels are back online. If your library continues to experience issues accessing WorkFlows, please proceed in Offline Mode and call our emergency support at 844-SWANLIB (844-792-6542).

We’ll continue to monitor the situation throughout the day and will post any additional information to the Known Issue.
